I did not need a large nor heavy pot or pan for these tasks.Its large covered handles make it so easy to move around , take to the sink , drain or hold your foods after cooking.Also for these tasks ---I want something cute and fun that works....not a 100 year life span pot or pan like you need for heavy duty cooking.
