I wasn't sure how good the nonstick would be, but it works great on my electric glass top range. I gave it my usual fried egg test and it slid right out of the pan without any oils. I then heated up the pan and put in a slice of swiss cheese for 5 minutes. It came out without leaving a mark. Having previously used top of the line nonstick cookware, this has proven to be of equal or better quality for 1/2 the price.
